Ceylon is situated off the South Eastern tip of India. It’s geography is unique with its central mountain region and a double monsoon (the same monsoon travels up and then back down within one season). The wiry leaf of the Vithanakande Silver Tip is extremely well made and is black with a silver spine. The liquor is rich gold in colour with a complex malty yet light flavour. Brew with freshly drawn boiled water, for 3-5 minutes. Experiment with it on its own or with honey and/or lemon.
