The white chocolate cream is infused with finely chopped tea leaves, while the custard contains a hint of lemon sauce. 
Upon biting into it, you'll experience a refreshing lemon tea-like tartness. The crispy choux pastry, lined with sablé dough, adds a light and delightful texture.

Delicious defrosting time:

Grand Sweet Circus eclairs are delivered from Japan freshly made and flash-frozen. When storing them, please keep them in the ‘freezer’.

The texture and flavour of the frozen eclairs will change depending on the defrosting time in the fridge. Please enjoy them at your preferred refrigerated defrosting time.

Half defrost: 4-5 hours refrigerated defrosting.
The cold cream is as refreshing as an iced cake. Recommended in hot weather.

Fully defrosted: 5-6 hours of refrigerated defrosting.
Soft and smooth texture with richer aromas and lingering flavours.

*Please use ‘refrigerated defrosting’ for defrosting.
Refreezing once defrosted is not recommended as the taste and quality will deteriorate.

Shelf life: approximately 1 month frozen (below -18°C).
After thawing, please consume by the end of the day.
