A London Fog is a latte of black tea leaves soaked in bergamot peel oil (Earl Grey), then brewed in warm milk and sweetened with a shot of vanilla syrup. This beverage is a favorite winter ritual and this aromatic replication is every bit as cozy and comforting. The uplifting bergamot rushes out to meet you first, then settles into the more subtle tea, vanilla, cream, and honey notes.
