German Saphir HOP PROFILE |

This fine aroma hop has developed quite the cult following since its release in 2002. Saphir's parents are two proprietary breeds from the in Hüll, Germany. It is a noble-like variety with a low Cohumulone content (12-17% of AA) and mild bittering. It has a complex character that is a perfect balance between the spice, floral, and fruity elements sought after in German varieties.
