The Book of Tea Collection has been created to celebrate the very best in black teas and black tea blends. We have included pure single-estate (single origin) black tea leaves and our favourite, best-selling Earl Grey tea for a distinctive collection of remarkable pedigree. Assam Superior

A full-bodied black tea from the Assam Dejoo tea estate in North East India. The bright reddish-amber infusion is brisk, smooth and sweet with plenty of Assam's characteristic malty flavour, fruity overtones and hints of chocolate and caramel. 

Imperial Ceylon

A beautiful single estate black tea from the Dikwella Estate in the Southern province of Sri Lanka. The infusion is clear and dark with a pronounced winter woodland character, for a wonderfully smooth cup that drinks well with milk. 

Finest Darjeeling

Our Finest Darjeeling Second Flush is from the Kaley Valey tea estate. Its large leaf with gold and white tips yields a rich, golden-caramel coloured infusion. Exceptionally smooth with delicate muscatel top notes at the finish, this beautifully bright tea has all the characteristics of an outstanding Second Flush Darjeeling. 

Palace Earl Grey

A blend of only the finest Chinese black tea and natural oil of bergamot, pressed from real bergamot citrus fruits. Palace Earl Grey is a delicious, classically flavoured black tea with a sophisticated, aromatic taste.

Product Information

To Enjoy

Place one teaspoon per cup into an infuser, filter or teapot. Add freshly boiled water and infuse for 4 minutes. Serve immediately or remove leaves to prevent spoiling. May be enjoyed with milk or lemon to taste.
